Hi, I’m Jennifer! I started Gluten Free Heritage out of my own kitchen, after years of navigating autoimmune struggles and learning how to feed my family well without gluten. What I found along the way is that fresh-milled grains make all the difference — not just in flavor, but in nutrition and the joy of baking.
